Return process — step by step
- Contact us: Send an email or call, mentioning the order number.
- Form (optional): Fill out the Withdrawal Form if you wish.
- Instructions: You will receive a return label (free for Greece & EU).
- Refund: After inspection, refund to the original payment method.

Up to 10 days from receipt at the workshop.
- If you paid for shipping → we refund the basic/standard cost
- Express shipping services are non-refundable
