All products are handcrafted in our workshop in Chalkidona, Thessaloniki, Greece and shipped worldwide from there.

Europe (EU incl. Germany, Austria): Shipped via DHL. Free shipping. Delivery within 3-5 business days. No customs charges.

United Kingdom: Shipped via DHL. Delivery within 3-6 business days.

⚠️ Note: Prices do not include UK import VAT (20%). Additional import taxes and carrier handling fees may apply upon delivery.

USA: Shipped via DHL DDP (duties pre-paid). Delivery within 3-7 business days.

International: Shipped via DHL. Delivery time varies by country. Customs duties/taxes may apply (recipient's responsibility).

Greece: Shipped via ACS Courier. Free shipping. Delivery within 2-4 business days.

Processing time: 1 business day.

Tracking: You will receive an email with a tracking number once the order is shipped.
