Orders to other destinations are shipped by Post services however there are optional express shipping upgrades with low cost fares.
When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be processed and shipped within 3 business days from your purchase. Once shipped you will receive an email or SMS confirming the tracking information. If you have provided an e-mail for communication, DHL will then be in touch with further updates, including your how to ask for alternative delivery methods or re-arrange a delivery.
Can I ship my order to a different address?
Yes, you may choose a different address for delivery of your order for example in the event that you want to receive your order at your work address or you might want to offer the item as a gift.
What happens if you deliver whilst I am out?
Prior to the delivery, our courier will contact you with information relating to your delivery time slot. If you are not going to be available to sign for the parcel at this time you can re-arrange the delivery directly with the courier or choose to leave the parcel in a safe place or deliver to a neighbor. If you do request for the parcel to be left in a safe location on your property then “Emmanuela – handcrafted for you” cannot accept any responsibility for the parcel after this point.
Will I be charged customs and import charges?
Customs or import duties may be charged for non EU countries once the package reaches these countries. These charges must be paid by the customer. Unfortunately, “Emmanuela – handcrafted for you” has no control over these charges, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country so we cannot give an exact figure of the fee you will incur. You may wish to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges when your parcel arrives.
