I was heartbroken to lose one of my beautiful poppy earrings (I think it popped out while donning and removing my face mask). I messaged Emmanuela, and she graciously permitted me to purchase just one earring to replace the one I lost.

I’ve had my eye on this shop’s red blossom designs for a long time, and finally decided to purchase these earrings. I love the design—the elegance of a stud, with something a little unexpected in the long threader. I’m so happy to have found this shop and can’t wait to continue to add to my jewelry collection.

Really gorgeous earring. Very elegant. Seller packageD all items beautifully and was great in response time and sending photos. Unfortunately we had one issue with the communication about an Exchange. Once I returned one item for an exchange and assumed the same original discount would be applied to my second item (exchanged for), but seller refunded my purchase and refused to apply the discount that was given at the time of my order, which was a discount given for ordering 2 items or more, which I wanted to keep. After several emails back and forth we could not come to an agreement. Besides this issue, things were good.
