I used this as a simple day collar band, and the gold held up wonderfully during constant wear, without tarnishing or wearing away the gold. however, the loops at each end are fairly weak, and although they are completely closed with no way of opening (unlike regular jump rings) it lasted from November 16 2021 to February 6, 2022, before something on it caught on my (cloth) couch, and broke open one of the loops at the end and it snapped off. it was nice while it lasted, but for the cost and what I used it as, it was a bit weak. the band itself is also very malleable, and doesn't stay in a circle if even a bit of pressure is applied; I had to start bending it back into shape to fit my neck comfortably every few days.
