Return process — step by step
- Contact us: Send an email or call, mentioning the order number.
- Form (optional): Fill out the Withdrawal Form if you wish.
- Instructions: In Greece, you'll receive a BOX NOW return code by email. Write the code on the parcel (or leave the original BOX NOW label on it, if it's still there) and drop the parcel off at any BOX NOW locker that suits you, by the date given in the email. Elsewhere in the EU, you'll receive a return label. Returns are free in both cases.
- Refund: After inspection, refund to the original payment method.
⏱️ Processing time
Up to 10 days from receipt at the workshop.
- If you paid for shipping → we refund the basic/standard cost
- Express shipping services are non-refundable

Nothing here limits your legal rights as a consumer.
- Proof of shipment: keep it until the refund is completed
